💧 Cry if you need to, there is strength in your softness.

🌀 Let yourself feel the deep grief, the frustration, the stuck-ness… and then let those feelings pass through you. Don’t hold them longer than they need to stay.

🌱 Give yourself grace. It’s okay to wish for healing. It’s okay to say, “I want my life back.”

🫂 Allow yourself emotional space to heal. Your nervous system listens to every emotion you suppress. If you don’t feel safe, your body knows. Let’s change that, together.
